Family planning set a 10-month clock for a full-gut townhouse renovation. Meticulous preconstruction preparations and daily site meetings made this exquisite award-winning project ready for the baby to arrive home from the hospital. Of note is the custom fabricated concrete staircase, Swiss cabinetry and Italian fabricated stone.
