This was our first project at the Plaza Private Residences; we are now on our nineteenth project.  The Plaza and their managing agent, First Service Residential, have appreciated our care for the building, their staff and the residents.  Just as this building runs on strict protocol, our devotion to our many in-house checklists, our Last Man Out sign off, our quality and our service is the core to this ongoing relationship.
