Working with clients from Florida and a designer from California, this project in the historic Plaza Private Residences, finished on time for a pressured weekend move-in day, only for the owner to discover the service elevator closed for maintenance. Unfazed, our client closed part of Central Park South and used a crane to move furniture, clothing and a world-class art collection through her window.
