The most contemporary life can fit into the most gorgeous traditional space when rules are bent, played, and cooked.

Calm and minimal. The apartment is filled with home office and places to sit, play, dress, and entertain. This room is to set aside to sleep…soundly.
A luxurious, naturally lit space with organized open shelves let the true colors of the colorful and stylish wardrobe pop!
This large bathroom space has two zones, water closet and shower straight ahead with a view into the minimal shower, and the large two-sided vanity and sink room to the side. Throughout all the bathrooms are bespoke wall mounted faucets.
Lucky are the friends of a celebrity chef; and they will often be in the food business themselves. This kitchen was meant for entertaining family and friends. A workhorse kitchen with a pantry of staples, it’s a rarity in New York where sometimes it seems no one cooks.
Every great design has that spark, that initial concept that drives creativity. Here, it is the hammock planned to be in front of the views. It’s a living space combining home office to living to dining to kitchen. It is a long loft space in a residential masterpiece on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The French reclaimed wood floor creates visual interest and character along side the plaster moldings and bronze accents. The hanging shipping straps on the faux horsehair chaise communicate the downtown aesthetic.
Work is part of life, and both halves of this couple enjoy their many forays into new ventures and experiences. The TV is visible. The computer is visible. This is a house that celebrates every aspect of life.
Their young adult son and daughter have generous rooms with private ensuite baths. They will serve as suitable spaces well into adulthood as it is a floor away from parents and has easy access to its own game room.
